SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are counted from the verification of payment for the purchase.

    • Shipments to Lima of Tools and Materials (1 business day)
    • Nationwide shipments of Tools and Materials (3-5 business days)
    • Shipping to Lima of earrings, bracelets, necklaces or other designs (2 business days)
    • Nationwide shipments of earrings, bracelets, necklaces or other designs (5-7 business days)

You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase, at most, the next business day after placing your order. If you do not receive the confirmation email within that period, please send us a message to the following email address: cliente@orifashion.com.pe

If you want to pick up your order, you can come, by appointment, to our workshop, located at 1075 Pueblo Libre Daniel Hernández Street. Lime

PAYMENT METHODS

You can use the following payment methods through our payment gateway Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.

In the event that your card is rejected, check that:

  • The card has not expired.
  • That the credit limit of your card has not been reached.
  • The card has not exceeded the amount allowed to make purchases.
  • You have correctly filled out all the necessary fields.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes, card details are only entered on a proprietary page of the payment gateway and transmitted in encrypted form. ORIFASHION will only be aware of the result of the operation. You do not have access to any data on the card used for the purchase.

ORDERS AND PRODUCTS

What should I do if I receive a defective item?
ORIFASHION only sells items in perfect condition. However, if you receive your product with any imperfection, we ask you to contact us by sending us a message to the email address cliente@orifashion.com.pe and we will solve the problem in the shortest possible time.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect product?
If on any occasion, by mistake, you receive a product that you have not purchased, please contact us immediately by sending us a message to the email address cliente@orifashion.com.pe

Where I can get my order?

In Lima you can receive it at the address you choose (home, work, etc.); At a national level, where there is an Olva Courier headquarters or offices, it is also sent to the address you select. You can also tell us that you will pick it up at the Olva Courier agency in your area. If there is no olva Courier in your location, you must indicate to send the shipment through the Shalom transport company, in this case the shipment is made to the office, not to the home.

Can the delivery city be different from the purchase city?
Yes, as long as the delivery city is within Peru.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Lime:

  • For purchases made at ORIFASHION, size changes may be made during the first seven (7) calendar days after receipt of the product.
  • To make the right to exchange effective, it is essential that the product(s) be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, have the original packaging and the documents with which it was delivered (receipt or invoice, shipping guide ).
  • Product changes will be subject to existing stock and an evaluation within a maximum period of 7 days. If the product is not in stock, you may choose another product of equal value, greater value (you assuming the difference), or lower value (there will be no return or balance in favor).
  • At the time of product pick-up, the packaging must be delivered to the Courier completely sealed and packed (as it was delivered). Shipping and return costs are your responsibility when it comes to changing the interest of the product or service.
  • The changes do not apply to products purchased on promotion, unless there is a production failure.
  • The change process can only be carried out once. An exchange cannot be managed in a second instance and no money will be refunded.
  • Customers who paid an initial shipping cost will not be exposed to another shipping charge in cases of exchanges and returns due to product defects.
  • The shipping cost for exchanges and returns will be assumed by customers who did not pay an initial shipping cost.

Province:

  • Customers who made their purchases in the province must go to the olva courier agencies and leave the packaging completely sealed. It must be sent to Lima to the address of the Orifashion Workshop, Calle Daniel Hernández 1075 Pueblo Libre.

All products undergo strict quality control before being shipped in order to detect possible damage or defects. If you receive a product that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately and send us a picture of it.   1. Make sure you comply with the policies outlined above. Remember that the product must not show signs of use. Any exchange or return will be subject to evaluation
  2. Money refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the original purchase transaction. They will be carried out exclusively when a product different from the one purchased has been sent to you; For it to be carried out, you must send a written notification to the email cliente@orifashion.com within 7 days after receiving the product.
  3. If payment is made by credit or debit card, the time will depend on the bank issuing the card, which is generally between 6 and 7 business days.
  4. ORIFASHION may reject the request for an exchange or return of the product if non-compliance with the conditions described in this document is detected.
